Returns & Exchanges

I am happy to offer returns or exchanges, excluding any custom made to order items. Just contact me as soon as you can to arrange a return. The item must be returned within 30 days and in the original condition and you are responsible for paying return shipping. 

 

COVID-19 Dec 4, 2020 Update:

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and increased online shopping, shipping services worldwide are experiencing delays, especially with overseas shipments. During this exceptional time, delays are out of anyone's control and we all have to be a little patient with deliveries. I will keep you updated as I am informed of changes to the delivery system.

Holiday orders: Canada post and other carriers are warning that due to a busy season and COVID-19 expect delays and no guarantees on delivery times. Hopefully it gets back to normal in January! I will keep you updated!  

Your orders are shipped from Vancouver, Canada. Processing time is 1-3 business days. I use a shipping service called Chit Chats which partners with Canada Post, USPS, and Asendia International. All orders are shipped with tracking.

If your package is undeliverable it will be returned at your own expense and once returned you will have the option of having it resent (at your expense) within a 30-day window. You are responsible for any duties, fees, tariffs or customs charges incurred for international orders. It is your responsibility to make sure that you have provided a correct shipping address.
