If you have any problems with your order please contact me right away and we can resolve any issues.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are not available, but I am happy to offer exchanges in return for store credit. If the fit is not right etc, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it. The item must be in new, unworn condition and you must pay the return shipping costs. Once I receive it back, I will give you store credit for the cost of the item and you can then buy something else. 

 

COVID-19 June 29th, 2020 Update:

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping services worldwide are experiencing delays, especially with overseas shipments. During this exceptional time, delays are out of anyone's control and we all have to be a little patient with deliveries. I will keep you updated as I am informed of changes to the delivery system.

Your orders are shipped from Vancouver, Canada. Processing time is 1-3 business days. I use a shipping service called Chit Chats which partners with Canada Post, USPS, and Asendia International. All orders are shipped with tracking.

If your package is undeliverable it will be returned at your own expense and once returned you will have the option of having it resent (at your expense) within a 30-day window. You are responsible for any duties, fees, tariffs or customs charges incurred for international orders. It is your responsibility to make sure that you have provided a correct shipping address.
