Shipping policy

Covid-19 update:

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, shipping services worldwide are experiencing delays, especially with overseas shipments. These delays are out of anyone's control and we all have to be more patient with deliveries during this time. I will keep you updated as I am informed of changes to the delivery system.

Your orders are shipped from Vancouver, Canada. Processing time is 1-3 business days. A shipping service called Chitchats is used and partners with Canada Post, USPS, and Asendia International. All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance up to $100. If your package is undeliverable it will be returned at your expense, once returned you will have the option of having it resent at your expense within a window of 30 days. You are responsible for any duties, fees, tariffs or customs charges incurred for international orders. It is your responsibility to make sure your provided shipping address is correct.
